A superstar, Morgan is naturally wary of the public. He enters the pub to use the phone, but reluctant to disturb the movie being shown, sits down to watch. When this movie within the movie ends, a discussion begins, but still he does not interrupt, fascinated by the fact that the lovely lady who sang the song in the film is teaching the class! All discussion of the film comes to an end when Morgan passes out on the floor. The teenagers recognize him and seem eager to please, but Morningstone's links with the outside world are tenuous at best. The phone is dead, so the lovely teacher. Laura, offers to take Morgan to a nearby cottage where he can stay until his car can be put back on the road. |
